Dr. Galfayan never responds to emails, Even when I had a serious medical condition, she constantly ignored my phone calls and my emails. Everyone else always tried to help me except my doctor.
Dr. Ani Galfayan is simply the best Kaiser Dr. I have had in my 50 years of Kaiser membership and my 8 years of Kaiser employment. She is thorough, respectful, knowledgeable and up to date. One of her gifts is her ability to work in a methodical, efficient manner while maintaining an approachable and friendly attitude. Thank you, Kaiser for your continuing care and Dr. Galfayan.
