Office has limited hours which I was willing to deal with because I liked the doctor. But today when I went to pick up meds for my cat (that has serious special needs and is prone to seizures) they informed me they couldn't give me the medications because the doctor was on vacation and I couldn't get them for another week. If I had been warned that would have been fine, but I was not, despite what the receptionist with the attitude kept repeating.
