I would do 0 stars if possible. My family member had an appointment with him today and it was a complete waste of time. Not only did we not get any answers but he made my family member feel like crap for absolutely no reason and still charged him a lot of money. It's absolutely disgusting to me how little he cared. People like that should not be doctors , it makes people not want to get help if they are having medical issues. If you need to see a neurologist this Dr is NOT the one!
Had a great sense of humor while going through a procedure, explained the results clearly without using over the top medical terminology, minor language barrier however still easy to speak with

Made an appointment 2.5 months in advance to see Dr. Nguyen. I rearranged my life to make this appointment work (childcare, transportation, time off work--you know the drill single moms). Dr. Nguyen canceled five days before the appointment because he all of a sudden has a meeting that day. Made the appointment 2.5 months ago. He cancels five days before the appointment for a meeting.
