Great guy! So friendly and helpful. He went way out his way to go the “extra mile” to help two of us stranded ladies.
Victor took our van and drilled a hole in my gas tank still hasn't replaced it. I smell gas everywhere we go. He also replaced to sway bar and sway bar links upside down and told me it was okay and that's the way it was supposed to be. He replaced our upped and lower ball joints and didn't put the grease fittings in and added no grease. Reassured me on how this was done professionally. The worst mechanic in Napa Valley. Every single vehicle I've ever brought this man has either needed to be fixed again by another mechanic or something else breaks while it's in his shop. Our jeep had a leak and he kept it for 5 months just to have it burn down in his shop! Unprofessional, unreliable, and shotty work! Save yourself the time and headache avoid this place at all costs!
Victor is incredible. I was stranded with a flat tire on a Sunday and he was an absolute prince. Can’t recommend him enough!
Victor is the best.He helped me out when I was out of luck every where else.
