To whom it may concern: I have always had the pleasure of dining at the Angus when I come home and visit. This is a Pensacola Landmark and the food is prepared to order not like chains where portions are frozen and then served( which is sad that most of the locals seem to support). Everything is made from scratch, fresh and they support local business for food and supplies unlike chains. Not to mention the jobs they have created for the locals! From the moment we arrived, we were 'wowed' by good service, great seafood, and awesome cocktails. Our bartender, Ashlyn, made us a delicious Scenic Blue Martini, while we waited for our appetizers. Everything I ate, from their Crab Cakes to their Calamari, was the best I've ever had. The Bistro Tenderloin was exactly as stated on the menu, "lean and juicy" and I loved the veal demi glaze. I must admit I was concerned when my bride said we were doing a buffet for our wedding’s rehearsal dinner. My bride was right, both the food and service were outstanding. The highlight for me was a Mediterranean dip that was better than anything I had ever tasted before that night. I highly recommend the Angus Steak House. V/R, Rick Armstead
