I managed to get a short-notice appointment with Richard this week regarding a running injury. He was really knowledgeable, personable and so easy to talk to. Although he wasn't able to give me the news I wanted to hear regarding my injury and ability to run at present, I would certainly return with any future issues when I'm back on my feet.
Well all I can say is, this was my last option to try rid myself of a nagging ache, I was sceptical but hopeful and the problem has gone after months, so thank you, that’s a week and no sign of that discomfort, long may it continue
Was in quite a bit of pain from an injury, managed to get an appointment that day which was amazing and Richard was great. So knowledgeable, gave me good treatment and great advice to carry on treatment at home. Within a day my pain had massively reduced.
I saw Richard for help dealing with an acute back issue. I had 3 sessions and felt that each was very useful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to really explain the issue well. The series of exercises he has suggested has helped greatly. I thoroughly recommend.
Great one to one professional service. I suffer from chronic back and joint pain. Richard stretches out my muscles giving relief of tightened muscles and back pain. Great advice given on effective exercises to build muscle & elevate pain.
