The people that work there are great friendly and helpful
I drove quite a distance to get here because Google showed it as open, but it was closed when I arrived. Please update your hours, especially on holidays.
Very disappointing experience returning 6 joist hangers. The manager, Jeff, had the staff scan the items, initially confirming they could be returned. Afterward, Jeff came back and, in a rude manner, stated “we are not returning them. we haven’t sold 6 joist hangers in the last 3 months”. There was no consideration that the items could have been purchased at another store and returned here. It's nice to have a hardware store in angus. Brian and team were helpful with doors. Fast, friendly, small town feel. Recommend reaching out even if you can't find in store.
Unfortunately the only time I need to go here is after 5pm or on a Sunday
