This attorney should be disbarred! Angus told me how he would LOVE to take my case to trial. Instead he did absolutely NOTHING and waits till the day before trial to tell me he had done nothing! Then lied saying if I did not plea out the judge wouldn't like it for me to go to court without a defense. Which was HIS JOB to do! And then not disclosing the fact to me the charge had been reduced to a misdemeanor he coerced me by telling me I would be looking at 9 mos. to 12 years.
