Unfortunately today we had the most horrendously rude customer service from Ruth. She not only spoke abruptly and rudely to myself and my Mum, she informed us that a chain my Mum bought me for my birthday was not able to be returned despite the fact that it doesn't fit and she made no attempt to explain it could be exchanged for another item. The ladies helped pick a lovely sapphire glass Seiko watch with none too many over the top bits. Excellent service
We took back a watch where the strap had separated. The lady was amazing she went above and beyond to help us and we actually got a new watch to replace it. Very happy with their customer service
