A diamond was lost out of my wedding ring that was 2.5yrs old - took it back thinking I would be paying for a new diamond. Store sent it to be repaired who then sent it to their workshop, after waiting over Xmas for the ring to return, I was told they were giving me a new ring. Not sure what the issue was but extremely grateful for their decision, good service & sparkling new ring.
