Had a terrible experience at this store. A simple enough start where the product purchased was broken and needed replacement. Over five weeks later, no word from them and no replacement. I requested a refund and they said absolutely was not going to happen. Jewellery is a special purchase and the experience should be enjoyable. Bought Tommy Hilfiger watch from here and within a month watch affected with water though being waterproof and they denied to exchange or any cover.
