Took my 93 year old mum here to buy a new watch. The sales assistant, Chloe, went above and beyond to get the watch to fit mum perfectly. She showed a lot of patience when dealing with us. Her standard of customer service was exceptional. It’s service like this that makes you a returning customer!
Had that special locket for our daughter and new born.😁
