Designs of jewellery are nice however customer service isn’t great. No willingness to offer any kind of assistance and seemed least interested in what customer would like to buy. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere where they would want to sell their product and offer decent service.
I went into the store to buy a ring with my wife. The ladies in there (both with black hair) were just standing there, staring at us and giggling between themselves. They were not willing to help at all. We called one of them over for assistance and my wife is vision impaired and cannot see. I asked them to please show my wife the rings closer to her vision and she rudely said “no we can’t do that”. To the girls on shift on Saturday 10/05/2025, I am just disgusted at your behaviour.
We were very impressed with the help one of the ladies Farzana provided and assisted us in selecting some presents. She was professional and came across as genuinely caring for the customers. It made our choices very easy. Will highly recommend her for anyone visiting there.
Extremely poor service 26/12/24. Purchased an expensive watch for my son for Christmas. At the time of purchase I was advised that resizing of the watch was complimentary. Arrived in store at opening time Boxing Day for the complimentary service as the watch was too big for my son, only to be turned away. The staff member stated that this was due to not being able to take a staff member off the floor to assist with the resize. The staff at Springfield are friendly and aproachable to all customers and have a great knowledge of their product. I have been in a few times over the past few years and have always been made to feel welcomed every time.
