Went in store to have my ring resized after being engaged for only 2 weeks while on holidays. I gave it in on Sunday 2nd March and I was informed it would take 10 business days. At the 5 day mark I was told it was ready for pick up and I was so excited that I had told all my friends and family as nobody had seen it. I go in store and try the ring on and say oh I thought it would be smaller than that, were they able to get it to a K1/2? where they get the sizer out and say oh it's and "M".
