I was in this MORAYFIELD store today …..I was served by apparently the store manager as this person was assisting me with my purchase of a watch I brought from them they dropped my watch on the floor .no apology n a box n warranty card that does not match the brand etc. the service was appaulling n disgusting very annoyed😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I am a big fan of Angus & Coote, love their jewellery and quality, however.. on a number and I mean a huge number of items, have purchased from them, Morayfield has turned out to be the worse store i have dealt with. I have tolerated the most rudest woman .. Leanne the manager, never have I felt so judged by someone, mind you while having $1000's of dollars of their jewellery on my wrist, neck and fingers, I appreciate solid gold jewellery however she never seems to be able to recommend anything that would suit. I walked into this store hoping to buy something for my wife. There were 5 staff there with one serving. I walked slowly around the store looking but had no idea what to buy. The other 4 staff seemed unkeen to serve me and carried on with whatever they were doing? I walked to the door looked back and still none were keen! So, I spent my money elsewhere in the shopping centre. I would not recommend this store and will not be going there again!

Terrible experience as per usual. I’m really unsure why SOME of the ladies working here at Morayfield have such a horrible stuck up personality. You are working with jewellery - not saving lives. No need to be so horrible to your customers. Your attitude represents the company and best be sure it’s not a good look! Let’s hope the ladies working in the jewellers come back down to earth and stop acting like they are more high and mighty than anyone else around.
