I was in the Kawana store today and received really good quality service from a lady with short dark hair, sorry I didn't get her name, but this is the second time I've been into this store and this same lady has been exceptionally patient and kind in our dealings with her. Their policy of return to swap is very generous as other jewllers aren't even offering that.
