This is a 0 star review. My Husband bought me diamond earrings ($1400, but he bought on sale for $700). I wore them once and the butterfly clip fell apart when I took an earring out. My Husband returned them to the store and was chastised by the Manager, Atheina, who told him I need to be more careful. They were sent back for service for 6 weeks. I had a wonderful experience at Angus & Coote thanks to Emily! She was absolutely spectacular — incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Emily helped us choose a beautiful necklace and recommended a silver cleaner that has worked perfectly. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable.
