I purchased a pair of 9ct Gold earings, originally $ 129.00 on sale for $70 from Cranboune Store. The post came away the same day. I was at Frankston the next day so I took them to this store. 2 staff there could not make a decision because head office finishes at 4 pm. However the store is open until 5.30. I had to go back. The manager had called me and was trying to troubleshoot for me. Very friendly and helpful staff with great service
I advise all customers to avoid this store. I had a Seiko watch, barely 7 days old and the band fell apart. I went back to ask for a refund and was told the watch needs to be sent away for repair. I said I am not sending a watch away for repair when I just paid $700. This store has a set of policies that they think overrides consumer law. The staff weren’t one bit helpful at all.
