Went in with my partner to buy two G Shock watches. We found the staff were very patient and informative to all our questions. We are quite indecisive but never felt rushed, even though we took up a bit of their time. They also setup the correct Timezone and took the time to complete the warranty details on an IPad with Casio to ensure we are fully covered. The two ladies working around lunchtime today 12/03/26 were exceptional. 10/10

Received a bangle as a gift, it was too big so I went in-store to exchange to a smaller size and was told that the sale had ended and I needed to pay a difference. - I asked for the SAME PRODUCT in a SMALLER size, make it make sense. This was within there 30day exchange policy and There are no terms and conditions listed on the receipt that sale items must be exchanged while the sale is on?!
Don’t shop at Angus & Coote! Necklace on sale at $449 down from $749 less than a month ago is now $899, more double the sale price and a $150 jump from the normal pre-Christmas price. Staff in store didn’t even attempt to secure a sale and let me walk out after they wouldn’t come even close to the sale price. Talk about price gouging!!! You’ve just lost me as a customer! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
