Very nice customer service
Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. Bought White Dimond necklace.. Really elegant jewellery. Love it. Very Helpful staff.
Worst company . They hide behind their policies . I bought a watch it stopped working after 6 weeks and they pass the buck to their suppliers and they make it the customers problem . Don’t buy from Angus and Coote .
