Worse customer service. Two women in the store don't know much about jewellery. Talked about discount but didn't apply on it during check out, when asked they blamed on customer not requesting specifically. No customer service skill. Will never return.
Originally great service, when commissions are involved I’m sure it’s easy. But coming back a couple of years later with a manufacturing fault got given the cold shoulder. Seeing as AC is no longer a retailer of Gucci I was basically told tough luck.
Very very bad experience ever had. Worst manager ever met . She is not the right person for this position.
