I needed a chain to fit through a pendant which has my beautiful baby girl, my cat Bella in it. My husband and I went to two other stores and could not help us. But when we went here, they were so lovely and so extremely helpful! I’m so happy with my purchase and the service I received.

To the exceptional worker on Friday night who called me about my ring- I had a question which I could have easily asked head office about myself however this lady insisted she could follow it up herself and two days later called on a Sunday to let me know! I had forgotten about it! Such wonderful service!
