Great place Brought a nice thick 925 silver bracelet last week. Seen I nice thick 925 silver chain I knew I had to have. The kind very helpful polite Lady. Put it away without a deposit until the next day which I picked up next morning 2 young lass’s were on that morning very polite and helpful they were, went in the other day the lady who first served me went above and beyond to help me with some 925 silver rings but couldn’t find my size. My husband and I were renewing our vows on 30th November for our 36th anniversary, and we were looking for new rings. We were served by Bianca. The ring I fell in love with was on sale and only came in yellow gold. Bianca contacted HO to see what they could do. My ring was remade into white gold. The service Bianca gave was exceptional.
