I bought a watch today at 3:20pm, 14/02/2026 and my experience was terrible. The sales attendant chewed gum (yes, really) the whole time they spoke to me. The watch was a gift a family member was getting me to celebrate a milestone and instead of having an excellent moment it was one that was just saddening. I recently bought a watch from the Angus & Coote store at Chermside, and honestly, the experience after payment was very disappointing. Once the purchase was completed, the staff casually told me they had no bag available, meaning I had to carry the watch and the purchase paper in my hands for the rest of the day along with my other shopping.
