They don't offer returns. Be careful while choosing these types of outlets who don't offer refunds. And the staff is really bad. No co-operation with customers.

I have been searching for a silver men’s ring and Alana was kind, sweet and so helpful when i needed her, she offered lots of different rings and helped me find the perfect ring for my boyfriend. Lots of other stores have been rude to us because we are younger, Alana was the opposite and couldn’t have been nicer. (hailey) I just quickly wanted my ring sized and Alana helped out so nicely with that. then she put in an order and was so kind a helpful the whole time (lily)
