Bought 2 pieces of Jewellery for my partner and had to return one of them the next day, I was refused a refund on the cheaper item as they prefer to run thier own consumer laws rather than adhere to Australian consumer laws. Luckily this experience is preventing me from spending a few grand on wedding rings there.
came in today and wasn’t sure what i was after, the lovely girl who looked after us was soooo helpful and kind. helped me find exactly what i needed! didn’t catch her name but she had the cute headband 🩷
Walked out. Sales assistant followed our every move....harrassment.
