usually don’t leave reviews, but wow, Ella was amazing! I was initially just window shopping but left with a beautiful piece of jewellery with NO regrets. Her customer service was on point, and could not be happier with the overall experience.
The staff were absolutely awful and extremely unhelpful espically when i had to get a refund for a gift. Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. Will now entirely avoid this store in the future and recommend you do the same. (P.S. a NO REFUND store)
The staff were quite polite and relatively helpful BUT!!!!! The manager was a very poor excuse of human being....... I purchased a watch from this store less than 12 months ago and each month I was having to adjust the time as it was slow.... After doing this for 6 months I decided to take it back so they could fix the issue. They had it for 2 months before I got it back only to discover that the issue had not been resolved at all......
