The staff were absolutely awful and extremely unhelpful espically when i had to get a refund for a gift. Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. Will now entirely avoid this store in the future and recommend you do the same. (P.S. a NO REFUND store)
The staff were quite polite and relatively helpful BUT!!!!! The manager was a very poor excuse of human being....... I purchased a watch from this store less than 12 months ago and each month I was having to adjust the time as it was slow.... After doing this for 6 months I decided to take it back so they could fix the issue. They had it for 2 months before I got it back only to discover that the issue had not been resolved at all......
