Shannon, the assistant manager is absolutely brilliant and truly lives the values of exceptional customer service. Her "Yes, I can help" attitude makes her a real asset to the store. She recently went over and above to assist and I will not shop for jewellery anywhere else as that standard of customer service deserves reward. Well done Shannon ! Your efforts deserve recognition and reward and I hope management echo these congratulations.

Unfortunately I had an extremely poor and overwhelming experience at your store last Sunday. I went to return a white gold necklace I had purchased, I was told I couldn’t receive a refund which was perfectly fine. Annoying considering I had purchased it 24 hours earlier but can’t do anything about that. Firstly the woman that served me (younger woman) could not wait until she did not have to serve me, I felt like the biggest inconvenience which put a very sour taste on my experience.
