I bought 2 watches and the next day I came back to return 1 because I didn't realize it was a "dive inspired watch" and not a "certified dive watch". The lady behind the desk has been kind enough to give me a refund even though the store policy wouldn't normally allow it. As a customer I felt extremely taken care for, thank you guys.
