Racial and ethnic profiling of customers asking for ID to view jewellery when other customers were not asked for ID. Been in store many times and purchased prior and were never asked for ID until purchasing for warranty. Rude, disgusting and inappropriate.

I purchased this earring in July last year, and it broke shortly after, without any pressure or misuse, which suggests it may have had a manufacturing defect. I tried to return to the store where I bought it at High Point Mall, but it has since closed. I also reached out to another location through the company’s website, but unfortunately I never received a response. Really lovely staff member (New Zealander) helped me choose 2 silver necklaces. Great service
