I can’t believe a large chain like Angus & Coote could be so lacking in price transparency and appear to take advantage of vulnerable customers. I purchased a Citizen watch from the Emporium branch, where it was listed at $425. The staff told me that “the best price for today only” was $350 and that they couldn’t go any lower. I found the staff member that served me rude. She spoke to me in a demeaning way when I requested to look at an earring twice. I wasnt impressed with costumer service

This store was closing and after I left work 15 minutes early to get my daughters’ Christmas presents they opened their doors after 5 and allowed me to go in purchase the presents I needed. Merry Christmas Angus and Coote emporium and Cranbourne were also helpful on the weekend that I knew exactly what was to be purchased!!!and

I bought a Citizen online from A&C watch and the ladies I dealt with today were amazing in adjusting my watch band at no extra cost. Definitely will revisit A&C again if I ever need any jewelries.
