Disrespectful.
I had an excellent experience at Angus & Coote Liverpool while purchasing a Christmas gift for my wife. Ryanne was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. In the end, Ryanne helped me choose a beautiful pair of earrings that I know my wife will love. She made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the store.
Came in for an exchange was told I would receive a phone call after the checks had been completed, never received a call. Went in to the store myself received no explanation or apology. Pretty poor communication and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.
I am so turned off on the experience here. Disgusting service and the staff is not accountable. My partner and I were looking for wedding bands I picked one I liked. It was very obvious it did not fit me! She was eager to make a sale. I was discussing options on sizes and getting as much detail. Terrible jeweller bought a piece from here as a gift but then found out someone else had bought the same gift. I thought no problem I'll swap the gift for something different from the store... Nope this store has a no refunds no exchanges policy. I explained the situation to them and the clerk says well sorry we don't do exchanges because then we would lose a sale.
