Just went in today (23/02) to buy a ring as a gift and the younger girl that served me was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn’t help explain the sizes and that you only stock one size of men’s rings in-store (which I also find ridiculous) and looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for clarification on the ring sizes and how to exchange if incorrect, as I assumed you would hold a range of them. Recently bought a watch on Black Friday, the sales were great! The watch length needed to be adjusted and there was initially some struggle to get them removed, however staff (especially Ani) went above and beyond to get it done quickly. She was so polite and sympathetic, really great customer service! Thank you!!
