I visited Angus & Coote at Pacific Fair on December 16th, which was my birthday, looking to buy a Seiko watch. I was with my wife and we were quietly browsing without even bothering the staff yet. Out of nowhere, a salesperson approached me and said, "Yeah, you can take a picture," in a very condescending and embarrassing way. Very bad experience... We went to see particular Seiko gmt 5 watch and guy next to us was serving another man without disturbing him I was just looking that watch and he was like take a photo like he was so disrespectful... Like I just went there to take a photo... That's like they judging people like this and I really felt very bad... Never felt that bad in any shop ever...

Always a lovely experience coming into store at Pac Fair. The ladies are great and nothing is ever too much. I had amazing service and was given an awesome deal. Extremely happy with my purchase today!
