My fiance bought my engagement ring from here and I've had to resize it 3 times since I got it (been losing weight) everytime I go in to get it sorted the staff are so accommodating and very helpful. So glad he bought my ring from here, have definately heard horror stories! The diamond and the white gold band is such good quality. If I could give no stars I would. The 'customer service' I received at your angus & coote store was appalling. I will never be shopping with angus & coote Pacific Fair again, and I will be making sure none of my friends or family do either.
Absolutely disgusted with the service from Angus & Coote. I placed an online order worth over $1000 that was supposed to arrive on 26th May. As I wasn’t home, the parcel should have been taken to my local post office instead, the courier left it somewhere unknown and even signed for it themselves. I now have no idea where my package is. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, Louie was extremely rude and unhelpful.
