If I could give no stars I would. The 'customer service' I received at your angus & coote store was appalling. I will never be shopping with angus & coote Pacific Fair again, and I will be making sure none of my friends or family do either.
Absolutely disgusted with the service from Angus & Coote. I placed an online order worth over $1000 that was supposed to arrive on 26th May. As I wasn’t home, the parcel should have been taken to my local post office instead, the courier left it somewhere unknown and even signed for it themselves. I now have no idea where my package is. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, Louie was extremely rude and unhelpful.
