Shout out to Mikayla (sp?) !!! I had my watch adjusted at the FG store the other day and it wasn't done properly and slipped off my wrist today. I came into A&G Knox City today with 10 minutes to close and Mikayla was a superstar in getting it fixed for me quick and even explained the previous person's error. Legend!
I’ve been in a few times and a few individuals one being makayla was rude towards me while purchasing jewellery she stands around with a dirty look on her face aswell as the manager absolutely appalling never coming to your store again I suggest you get rid of her otherwise she might get your store shut down not to mention the weird vibes and toxic environment Absolutely disgusting
I recently had the pleasure of Jenni and team at Angus & Coote, Knox City, helping me to select and purchase a pair of beautiful diamond and gold ear rings for my granddaughter's 21st birthday recently. No pressure but lots of helpful information and patience as I was unsure and attended the store several times before making my decision.
