I’m extremely disappointed with my experience yesterday at the Loganholme store.. I wish I could give this place a 0 star review.. my mum and I have been shopping at this store for years but after yesterday we won’t be back and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.. Absolutely over the moon. Brought myself a lil something just because and staff were absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looked at a few other non helpful stores but ended up buying at the one that was willing to go above and beyond. Much appreciated.!

Unfortunately have had a horrible experience so far. Got engaged last December. When I returned to the store to get sized up I was met with an incredibly rude and condescending woman who questioned why I had the display ring if I needed to have one custom made for my size (serious miscommunication from their staff when my partner purchased the ring) waited for my rings to be made.
