Unfortunately have had a horrible experience so far. Got engaged last December. When I returned to the store to get sized up I was met with an incredibly rude and condescending woman who questioned why I had the display ring if I needed to have one custom made for my size (serious miscommunication from their staff when my partner purchased the ring) waited for my rings to be made. After collecting them I immediately felt like they were extremely thin/worn in the band and within 2 weeks the band had discolouration - sold as 1... read more
