After having a really weird experience at a competing jewellery store (Shiels), Sandra and Betoul completely turned my day around! Denise was lovely, I went into this store with a watch I was gifted 6 months prior, warranty’s do not cover the band as it falls under wear and tear but she had taken in to the back for me and re inserted the pin correctly again for me, even if it comes loose again in the future and I have to take it somewhere they can soldier it I’m very happy with the effort she shown ☺️☺️
Well i found a 9ct gold curb chain i liked in their brochure reduced from $17990 to $10,990. When i rang the store i was told this was a mistake and it was $11990 and i had to pay the higher price. I complained to head office and said it was false advertising. After a lot of to and froing i got an email to say it was $10,990. I went to the store and met Denise the store manager, who was very nice. However wheh i asked her to weigh the chain she said they werent allowed to and they never had any scales.
