Denise was lovely, I went into this store with a watch I was gifted 6 months prior, warranty’s do not cover the band as it falls under wear and tear but she had taken in to the back for me and re inserted the pin correctly again for me, even if it comes loose again in the future and I have to take it somewhere they can soldier it I’m very happy with the effort she shown ☺️☺️
Well i found a 9ct gold curb chain i liked in their brochure reduced from $17990 to $10,990. When i rang the store i was told this was a mistake and it was $11990 and i had to pay the higher price. I complained to head office and said it was false advertising. After a lot of to and froing i got an email to say it was $10,990. STEER CLEAR – RUDE AND DISMISSIVE SERVICE On Saturday 21st February, late morning, I visited the Angus & Coote store at Midland as a genuine buyer. I politely asked whether there was any flexibility on price if the staff member 'could phone the manager' for a discount. An older female staff member rudely cut in and stated the price was not negotiable, in a condescending and hostile tone.
