Denise was an absolute blessing! As soon as we walked in she came to assist us and was so friendly, answered all our questions and was so knowledgeable on her products! She gave us the best advice and she made our experience very enjoyable and rememberable.
Bizarre and rude experience, staff appear to have zero product knowledge and love to waste your time. Can this be resized? Yes, takes two weeks and needs to be taken down half a size to fit you, no it can't it's hollow, actually yes it can but it will take 8 weeks, actually we can't do half sizes we can only take it down a full size... Ok then it won't fit? Yes it will... Then called my mother crazy for getting confused by all their mixed messaging. Would not bother trying to do business here.
