Terrible customer service. Went on Sunday just for watches. Total 3 staff were there 1 with customers and other 2 busy in talking. When I asked them about the price's of watch they rudely replied what outside their displayed is the price, didn't bother to say hi as I asked them hi how are you. As I have read the reviews before online, still thought no let's go atleast once. That was my first ever visit to shop, A big no for next time.
Came to ask with a smiling face if how long are the fob watches for sale. Sales lady stared at me and said "end of June" then proceeded with doing her stuff. I was still talking and she just went on with what she was doing. Very rude customer service.
The service at the Werribee Plaza store was absolutely terrible. The staff, especially the ladies working there, were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I expressed my disappointment, one of them blatantly said she didn’t care. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this store.
Went to this place to buy a watch ⌚ for my spouse and bought a watch at great price, amazing customer service, the lady was so helpful and provided all information we asked. will definitely come back again. Very well presented store.
