Extremely disappointing experience overall. I raised a genuine quality concern regarding a special order ring that I had made with Angus & Coote and found the entire process extremely stressful, upsetting and emotionally draining. The actual issue I raised was never acknowledged or addressed by head office/the supplier, despite store staff themselves agreeing they could see the defect. Nicole was awesome! We had a particular watch we wanted to purchase however it was sold and we couldn’t find another one like it. With Nicole’s patience and effort she took time to keep us updated whenever the watch came into the store and with her help we were able to collect the watch within a couple days. Her amazing customer service really showed!
My partner bought me a watch and I went there to get some links removed. The lady who helped me was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly—I was very happy with the service. That being said, some of the other reviews are concerning, and I believe the staff could focus more on improving consistency. It’s a small world—stay happy, enjoy what you do, and treat everyone equally. Even a small kind gesture can turn someone’s whole day around. Be kind to everyone You do good you receive good
