Do not buy gold from here it is the worst quality had my 9ct chain snap 5 times now and wont honour my 12 month warranty stay away from this store go elsewhere its poor quality and a rip off

The girl at the front didn’t know what she was doing. It’s especially frustrating on a busy day such a boxing day. Very awkward, and does not know how to talk to customers. Poor customer service in general. Please hire employees that are attentive and TRAINED!
Do not shop here I put my watch in to be serviced got a call and was quoted $85 Was totally happy with that . I just went in to see if it was ready after 5 weeks and was told by an extremely rude saleswoman that my watch won’t be back until after February I asked if I could just get my watch back and was told no someone called you check your voice mail !!! Extremely disappointed and the way I was spoken too was disgusting
