I recently visited Angus & Coote, the diamond and watch specialist, to have my watch repaired. Although I did not make a purchase, I was truly impressed by the service I received. Catherine assisted me during my visit, and she was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed me warmly, attended to my needs with great care, and displayed such a kind and professional nature. I went to get a new chain for a pendant and was helped by Tash. She was lovely and I was 100% happy with her service. She attempted to put the pendant on the chain, but was unable to, and she passed it onto their jeweler free of charge. I would definitely come back.
