I went to get a new chain for a pendant and was helped by Tash. She was lovely and I was 100% happy with her service. She attempted to put the pendant on the chain, but was unable to, and she passed it onto their jeweler free of charge. I would definitely come back.
Amazing service from Heaven today - brought in a watch that I didn't purchase from here with damaged pins on the strap. No charge to have it fixed and delivered back with a smile. Thank you for your assistance!
