I was looking for a pair of beautiful diamond earrings for my birthday. I went to all the jewellery shops in karrinup shopping centre with my son today. We went in Angus & Coote as well. Three shop assistants were in the shop and were chatting. None of them acknowledged us. Some more customers came in the shop but those shop assistants were not interested in customers. We were looking for a special gift and was attended by Deelana, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She spent some time showing us options. We returned the next day, changed our selection, and completed the purchase. It was nice to be served by a person who cared, and at no time did we feel that it was too much trouble.
My partner bought me a gold bracelet as a gift and was upsold the resizing/cleaning package. I felt the bracelet was too big so took it in to the store to be resized. The shop assistant told me the size was fine. I figured she knew more than me. I lost the bracelet within 2 weeks. It was over $500, plus the care package where we were offered no care, just sent on our way. Would never shop here again!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, helped with selection of a new seiko watch. Never felt pressured or rushed, will definitely be returning in the future.
Elena was really helpful in assisting me to choose the ring. Her customer service & interaction was amazing. That made our selection process much easier
