Bad service can’t even answer the telephone when calling to Mack enquiries would not recommend to anyone if staff don’t care enough to answer phone

It's a shame that I'm unable to put less than 1 star to rate this store there jewellery is ok and prices aren't crazy but the staff are incredibly rude. The staff here have now sent my partner home crying not once but twice from the way they have put her down and belittled her. This is a toxic environment where you will be disrespected not only as a customer but as a person. I sincerely hope that these people end up feeling the pain that they cause too others.
