I was here a few weeks ago and was treated awfully by an odd bloke with a slick back I think his name was J. Haven’t seen him in a while now hopefully he’s gone
The most wonderful customer service, the ladies were so lovely, super helpful and were engaging to talk too. To the owners you are very lucky to have such great women working for you - this was Easter Saturday afternoon.
Amazing customer service, young gentleman I think his name was Jay, had excellent knowledge of the product and helped me find the perfect piece!! He is a young respectful bloke. Definitely coming back!!

Purchased some earrings a week ago here and the worker gave me a back which was too loose. The earrings backs weren’t secure and kept falling off. It fell off whilst i was out at night and i couldn’t find the back but fortunately found the earring . I came into the store yesterday afternoon and to my surprise I still had to pay for a new back even though it’s their stores fault that my earrings weren’t tightened correctly. Now I’ve received correctly tightened backs but I believe it should’ve been free. Below average service... read more
