My mother had an absolutely abhorrent interaction with the Bathurst store manager earlier this week. We took in a gold chain due to it cutting my mother's neck as there was a fault in the design, it had two sections with razor sharp edges. We where met with rudeness, eye rolls and the manager insisting it was not able to be returned or exchanged. Went in to buy a gift and Sonja? I think her names was. She was indifferent and made the whole experience unpleasant, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I feel like taking the item back and going else where but I probably won’t get a refund just store credit. I regret purchasing from the store or at least should of got someone else.

Shennae assisted me in purchasing a rose gold wedding band almost 2 years ago. I’m still very much in love with it, and it has held its integrity well. Shennae was helpful when discussing what I was after and was able to provide some guidance when I was having difficulties with my engagement ring from another jeweller (now closed down) in Bathurst. Professional and lovely ladies work there :)

My experience with Sonia was exceptional. She was able to guide me in selecting the perfect jewellery! Very accommodating throughout, I can’t thank her enough. 10/10 experience.

Store assistant was carrying out a private phone call on her mobile while I was waiting for service. Completely ignored my presence. Will be avoiding purchasing anything at this store in the future.
