I had the most wonderful experience at Angus & Coote Jewelers in Bathurst today! I brought in two sentimental necklaces to be cleaned, and the lovely Kim went above and beyond. She was so attentive, kind, and truly a perfectionist—no task was too small for her care. My necklaces look absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be more grateful for Kim's amazing customer service and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning!
My wife and I brought a cross in for a quote to rhodium plating it, and was told by the staff at the time that it would take no longer then two weeks yet wrote two to 3 weeks on the receipt. When I asked for the cross back on Monday they told me that they can't because there jeweller only comes once a week, I found them to have poor listening skills and are deceitful.
i’ve gotten a few rings from here, still in great condition 3 years later. the staff was lovely and helpful.
