The girls were so lovely to deal with, came in with a necklace that had been repaired at Wallace Bishop which had replaced a piece which made my original crucifix not fit anymore. I was so upset was told I would have to send away again, this was jewellery I had from 30yrs ago. Popped in to the ladies at Angus and Coote they fixed in 5 minutes. Everyone was so understanding will definitely be back .

Just bought the diamond earings..when asked if they have colored box..one staff very rudely stated should have gone to private jweller for that..first i thought she was joking but she kept serious demeaner. I have a ring to to buy i will take your advice .Won't come to Angus and Coyte.very bad customer service ..
