As a regular customer that has spent a substantial amount of money at this store, I was bitterly disappointed with the service approach this morning- terrible! Two staff, no customers, I was approached by the older female team member. Zero, interest in my product enquiry. No attempt to suggest alternatives or listen to my needs. Just brought Seiko 5 GMT (SSK003) watch from this store. Price was good. Service was good. The staff member who served me had two goes at taking some links out (1 link at a time) to get the right fit. No Issues.
