I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today from Annette at the Watergardens store. From the moment I approached the counter, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. Before I even asked for a larger box, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for being there. I’m a regular customer at this store, and I’ve never had an issue requesting a larger box or bag for a chain purchase. Walked into the WG store today and all I can say is zero customer service from the two ladies in there.(an older lady and a younger one) I asked the older one if I can look at a bracelet that was in the window, she pulled it out and the first thing she said to me was can I see ID, I didn't even ask her to try it on!! And if thats your new policy thats fine, it was the manner that it was said! So so rude!! You seriously don't belong in acustomer service. Be cautious when dealing with this shop. Very poor customer service. I went in to exchange a watch that was given to me as a gift. After a long and frustrating discussion, the customer service agent finally agreed to exchange it and issued a gift voucher for the difference. She clearly stated the voucher would be valid for one year. However, when I went to use it at another branch, I was told it had already expired — on the same day it was issued! I feel completely disappointed. I lost my money and my trust in this business ... read more
Needs a ring resizing fee part of the purchase.
Highly recommended store. Annette, the assistant manager was extremely patient, and very helpful with making a good purchase. She helped me out with a layby, final purchase and perfect decision for my watch. I am very happy and thankful.
