Now I know why there is no customers in this shop. Pathetic customer service no one bothers to attend.both the ladies busy talking to each other rather than attending the customer. Looks like A&C not paying them proper wages.
Came in looking for a ruby ring and was struggling to find one anywhere that was the right design, Nina was amazing help. Not only showed me everything they had but helped me sort out a resize and a care plan. Was energetic and a blast to talk to. Amazing service. Thank you Nina!
The customer service was unsatisfactory, as no one offered assistance, and the staff appeared to be engaged in personal conversations rather than attending to customers.
Rude and unprofessional .
I went in to exchange an online order and, being heavily pregnant, I really appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were. The lady who served me went out of her way to make me comfortable she even found me a chair so I could sit while browsing. She was so patient and kept chatting with me, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. All the girls in this store were absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the excellent service they provided. Highly recommend!
