Have popped into the North Lakes store a couple of times & the ladies there have always been super helpful & friendly. I would recommend seeing them for any jewellery needs.
Black Friday sale was on, apparently? I went in actually ready to look at a watch you know, to buy something. But I guess I walked in during the staff’s social hour. The three girls working were busy having a deep, life-changing chat in the corner, so clearly my presence was an inconvenience. When I finally asked a question, I got a very confident “yeah… I think so? maybe?” before they went right back to their conversation. Outstanding service, really. Went in to purchase a 30 year wedding anniversary gift. As a jewellery novice, Amy and Kate were very patient and offered me good options with sound advice. Couldn't be happier with the service and expertise.
Nothing like purchasing something expensive and seeing two out of the three staff members gossiping and laughing while you're the only customer in the store. The lady who helped me was super sweet and doesn’t deserve this review—but the other two need to be taught some basic principles of professionalism. I believe they were gossiping about the customer who was in the store just before I arrived, but still, I felt very uncomfortable. I even considered just walking out. Please teach the girls some manners. Sunday 18/05/25.
Victoria Rose provided exceptional customer service during our recent visit to the North Lakes store. She listened to what my daughter wanted and showed her all the options available to her. Victoria rose was able to provide feedback on what would be a good fit and made my daughter feel special in the moment. I will definitely be returning to Angus and Coote in the future!
