Utterly shit customer experience. Bought a watch in November for my son’s graduation went back in to get it resized and they claimed they couldn’t do it to after Christmas as they were “too busy”. The shop was empty. Shop elsewhere
I went into your store and I was greeted by April. I told her I needed to get my chain fixed. She fixed it on the spot. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
