Went into this store & was served by Lisa. Can’t thank her enough for the excellent customer service I received. I swore I was never going to return, due to a rude salesperson last year but she turned my experience around. She was very helpful, pleasant and happy to assist. So Thank you Lisa 👏, keep up the great work. We will see you again in the future for sure.
Attendent Jan was lovely, helpful and warm. She helped me pick out a pair of earrings for my Mom in law's birthday gift and stayed with me through the whole process from start to finish. She was so sweet and relatable as we could talk about the purchase as well as about our mixed families which made the purchase meaningful. Thank you Jan!
One of the best shopping experiences I've had in my Canberra holiday. Lisa and Jenny made it possible for my husband and I to create beautiful memories helping us find exactly the jewellery we wanted for our 10th anniversary. Such lovely, helpful ladies. Service far exceeded anything we've experienced anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Very poor customer service on boxing day. They were tired and showing their temper to customer. Staff really matches the quality of products available in the shop.
I went to Angus Coote yesterday but they were gonna close, so the lady put the earings on the side for me to try tomorrow. I was back today but she wasn’t there. There was an oldest lady served me. She wasn’t friendly and didn’t give me advise between 2 designs that I was considering. I asked about membership offer and she said they don’t do membership.
