"Dr. Jon (not John!) Angstadt at Angstadt Family Dental is an absolute artist! He recently made me my third set of dentures, and they are by far the best. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive and detail oriented. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including interesting facts like how men's teeth typically have squarer corners than women's. I took a sweet Amish girl to this dentist today. Her regular dentist is on vacation and she is having much pain in a tooth she wanted extracted. This practice scheduled her to come in at 4:30 pm. She told them she wanted the tooth removed before they scheduled her. They did xays and told her to come back in a week. They said they close at 6pm! Some lousy practice! They knew they close at 6pm but got her to pay 100 $ today for the visit. She should not have to suffer for another week just because they want to go home on time ... read more

Loved this place and had a great experience until there was a billing issue. I ended up owing them over an insurance billing change; that's fine. But multiple times I asked for a copy of a bill so that I had it for my records and had verification of what I was paying for. I was told I could just pay it without a bill. Second time I asked, they said they would send me one and never did. I went to Dr. Carano and then Dr. Green for years. When Angstat took over I was never notified. I had to reschedule my last cleaning due to inclement weather, they had nothing in the evenings for 6 months. I get a message months later that they need to reschedule the cleaning and that they don't have hours past 6pm. It entirely unreasonable to cut your hours so people have to take vacation time to get a cleaning. The receptionist was an immature person incapable of explanation as a reasonable adult. I have been going here for a couple years and have always had a good experience! Everyone from the girls at the front to the hygienists to the dentists are kind and helpful!
