Needed work done. The bad communication throughout the whole experience made it extra frustrating. I revolved my whole day around our appointments just to be canceled on 10 minutes before each one. Then they’d tell me they could still get me in today, & i’d wait the rest of my day away just to get no response back. Glad I got my work done somewhere else and for a better price.

These guys will not do the job right. I had them do multiple things and them seemed like nice guys. Only for those things to almost IMMEDIATELY go wrong. They said they'd have to make it up to me and never did. It'd be nice to get my hard earned money back from their mistakes. Down at least 2000 dollars for things they supposedly fixed. Go to twin city auto. They actually know what they're doing.
I've been taking my cars and vans here for a long time now before they moved to this shop my trust in these guys Allen,crispin Johnson Steve all of them work so hard and it was good for awhile but now after all these years of trust they scammed me out of $4,000 to replace an engine on 2012 Chrysler 200 which they had sense June of 2021 was suppose to refund $3100 as he was still charging me the labor but never gotten the engine for the car now they ducking my calls not answering texts i even been calling the shop
