Please avoid this place at all cost. I sent over my information to have my taxes done in April. We have been calling them multiple times to confirm if the taxes have been filed or not. In June, they informed the taxes have been completed and I should be receiving my federal and state in few weeks. As of end of July, they admitted to not having the taxes done once we really showed how frustrated we are. Avoid this place at all cost and save yourself the trouble. Respects no one’s time!!!!!! Multiple occasions he gives me a time to meet at the office and when I get there he’s no where to be found and when he finally shows up it’s 2-3 hours later!!!! He held on to my document for weeks before sending them where they are suppose to go after he told me that everything was completed but yet still he was still holding on to them.
