I had initial concerns for my mothers care. I made the appropriate calls to the appropriate places. I have received back what I considered unhelpful to solve my concern about cleaners sitting beside my mother on her bed helping my mother with Temu purchases and not cleaning. I had concerns about mold, surfaces being greasy, door handle, door nobs and such.
