This is not about the service of the company but the employees. I didn't much appreciate being honked at while walking with my three year old on a public sidewalk while crossing a driveway. The throwing up of hands and gesturing to hurry up was also not appreciated. At the end of the day it's a sidewalk where pedestrians have right of way.
Very supportive people will do anything for you and very passionate about their job.
